BALTIMORE — The Coast Guard medevaced a 50-year-old man Saturday from the 73-foot fishing boat Dredge Monster approximately 45 miles east of Ocean City.
A crewmember aboard the boat contacted Coast Guard watchstanders at approximately 2 a.m., stating the man had possibly suffered a seizure.
Watchstanders from Sector Baltimore launched a 47-foot Motor Life Boat crew from Coast Guard Station Ocean City to assist.
The MLB crew transported the boater to awaiting emergency medical services personnel at Coast Guard Station Ocean City.
