SEATTLE — The Coast Guard is seeking public comment on a request for proposed construction of a bridge over the Coweeman River near Kelso, Wash.
The commander, Coast Guard 13th District, has received an application from Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company requesting approval of the location and plans to construct the bridge.
The proposed bridge project will be approximately 246-feet long and composed of three spans supported on two cast-in-place concrete piers on either riverbank.
Parties wishing to make comments concerning the proposed project or seeking further information regarding the same should contact Commander (dpw), Thirteenth Coast Guard District, Bridge Administrator, Rm 3510, 915 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA 98174-1067 or via email at D13-PF-D13BRIDGES@uscg.mil. Such requests should be mailed to arrive on or before June 5.
