A Coast Guard Station Juneau 45-foot Response Boat-medium crew assists Juneau-area emergency medical personnel in transporting an ailing cruise ship passenger to the pier during a medevac in Auke Bay, Alaska, June 13, 2013.

Immediately after completing the case, the crew launched to medevac an ailing passenger aboard an Alaska Marine Highway System ferry nearby.
