Lt. Cmdr. Justin Kimura, the commanding officer of Coast Guard Cutter Hollyhock, speaks during a change-of-command ceremony June 14, 2013 at the Coast Guard Moorings at Waterworks Pier in Port Huron, Mich.

Kimura assumed command of the Hollyhock from Cmdr. Timothy Brown, who is being assigned to the Coast Guard Academy as the planning officer.

Parks presided over the change-of-command ceremony, with Kimura replacing Brown as commanding officer.

Brown, replaced by Lt. Cmdr. Justin Kimura, was assigned to the Coast Guard Academy as the planning officer.
